Every product in this store is made to order. Because of this, each item is printed individually for each customer. Due to this, I do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size
Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Ordering the wrong item
Not liking the color or design
This is the standard for print-on-demand production
Customers may cancel or modify their order within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order enters production and can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Damaged or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, I will replace it free of charge. However, in order to process a replacement you must email me within 7 days of delivery, and provide:
A clear photo of the damaged or misprinted item with any damage and / or misprint clearly visible
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photo evidence is required because Printify needs it to approve replacements.
Lost Packages
In the event that a package is lost in transit, I will work with the print provider to replace it.
Incorrect Addresses
If the shipping address was entered incorrectly at checkout, I cannot refund or replace the order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production. Production usually begins within a few hours of ordering.
All products in this store are made to order. Production and shipping times may vary depending on the item and shipping destination.
Orders typically take between 2 to 5 business days to be printed and prepared for shipment.
Once an order is shipped, it will usually arrive between 3 to 7 business days (within the USA).
As soon as your order is shipped a tracking number will be provided.
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages as this is normal for print-on-demand-production.
There may be shipping delays during holidays and high-volume time periods. These expected delays are outside of my control, but I will do my best to help in the event that something goes wrong with the shipment.
